Exclusion Criteria
- No Narcotic/Controlled Substance Refills or Prescriptions
- Abdominal/Pelvic Pain
- Motor vehicle accident/Major Trauma
- Chest Pain
- Shortness of Breath
- Dizziness/Blurred Vision/Severe and sudden onset of headache
- Suturing
- Discharge from Hospital within 72 hours
- Mental Health Concerns such as Suicidal Ideation, Acute Intoxication or Withdrawal and Psychosis
- Eye Injuries//Eye Pain
- Infants < 6 months with fever
- Forms: Disability Forms, Insurance Forms, Work-Related Forms, and assessment for competency
- Uncontrolled Vaginal Bleeding
